Why We Need Volunteers
Surrey Rams is a community basketball club and relies on the support of parents and volunteers throughout the season. Without volunteers, many of our teams and events simply could not operate.
Team Managers
Every National League and CVL team has a Team Manager who supports the coaching staff by helping with organisation away from the basketball court.
Team Managers help with:
• Match day organisation
• Player availability
• Communication with parents
• Registering players on match days
• Supporting coaches with administration
No basketball knowledge is required, and full support will be provided.
Other Volunteer Opportunities
Parents can also help by supporting with:
• Table Officials
• Shot Clock
• Scorebench
• Photography
• Fundraising
• Club Events
• Transport where appropriate
Every contribution helps the club provide the best possible experience for our players.
