When does the season start?

Preseason training begins during August, with league competitions starting in September. Exact dates will be communicated through Teamo.

How do I know which team my child is in?

Your child's team allocation will be confirmed by the coaching staff before the start of the season. If you are unsure, please contact Coach Lekan.

What happens if my child cannot attend training?

Please inform your team coach as early as possible and update your child's availability in Teamo where applicable.

What happens if my child cannot play a match?

Please decline the fixture invitation in Teamo as soon as possible so coaches can organise the team.

When will fixtures be available?

Fixtures are released by the leagues before the season begins and will be published in Teamo as soon as they are confirmed.

How do I order a uniform?

New players should email uniforms@surreyrams.net to receive their playing number before placing an order.

Existing players should continue using their current playing number.

When do I register with Basketball England?

Basketball England registration opens during August. Instructions will be shared through Teamo once PlayerHQ registrations become available.

Can my child change teams during the season?

Player movement between teams may take place where appropriate to support player development or meet team requirements. These decisions are made by the coaching staff.

What happens if we join after the season has started?

New players joining during the season will pay the appropriate pro-rata membership fee and will be guided through the same registration process before becoming eligible to play.
