Surrey Rams uses Teamo as its main communication and club-management platform.
Parents must register on Teamo so they can receive important information about training, matches, payments, uniforms and club announcements.
Please ensure the parent or guardian responsible for managing the player’s basketball activities has access to the account.
1. Download the Teamo app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Open the Surrey Rams registration link:
https://www.teamo.chat/club/register/srbc
3. Create your parent account and complete the requested registration information.
4. Add your child as the player.
5. Once the registration has been reviewed, your child will be added to the correct Surrey Rams team.
Players will normally be allocated to their teams during August.
Please ensure Teamo notifications are switched on.
Important updates may include:
• Training changes or cancellations
• Match invitations and team selections
• Fixture times and locations
• Payment requests
• Uniform information
• Club announcements and reminders
If notifications are switched off, you may miss important information about your child’s team.
Parents will be asked to confirm their child’s availability for matches through Teamo.
Please respond to match invitations as soon as possible, even if your child is unavailable.
Match selections will normally be confirmed through Teamo at least three days before the fixture.
Keeping availability up to date helps coaches select teams and organise transport, officials and match-day arrangements.
Once your child has been added to the correct team, membership payment requests and packages will appear within Teamo.
Parents will be able to:
• Select the correct membership package
• View outstanding payments
• Pay season fees
• Choose an available instalment option
• View payment confirmations
Please do not select a package if you are unsure which option applies to your child. Contact Coach Lekan for guidance first.
Surrey Rams uniforms and apparel can be ordered through the Teamo store.
To access the store:
1. Open Teamo.
2. Select your initials or profile icon.
3. Select the Payments tab.
4. Open the uniform and apparel shop.
New players must obtain an allocated uniform number before placing an order.
Please email uniforms@surreyrams.net and wait for confirmation before ordering personalised kit.
You must first install and set up Teamo on your phone.
To use Teamo on a desktop or laptop:
1. Open Teamo on your phone.
2. Select your profile name or initials.
3. Select Web/Desktop Login.
4. Open Teamo on your computer.
5. Scan the QR code shown on the computer screen.
You will then be able to access your Teamo account from your desktop or laptop.
If a Teamo feature is not working correctly:
• Check that you are using the latest version of the app.
• Open the App Store or Google Play Store and search for Teamo.
• Select Update if an update is available.
• If the problem continues, delete and reinstall the app.
