Players joining Surrey Rams before the start of the 2026–27 season must pay a £100 deposit by Monday 20 July 2026 to secure their place. This deposit will be deducted from the player's overall season membership fee.
Players joining Surrey Rams after the season has started will normally be offered a pro-rata membership based on the number of weeks remaining in the season. A season deposit is not required for mid-season registrations. Please contact Coach Lekan before making payment so the correct membership option can be confirmed.
£100 Season Deposit
Players accepting a place before the start of the 2026–27 season must pay a £100 deposit by Monday 20 July 2026.

Once your child has been allocated to the correct team, the appropriate membership package will become available within Teamo. Parents joining before the season starts will see the full-season membership options. Parents joining during the season will be provided with the correct pro-rata membership package based on the remaining weeks of the season. A 10% sibling discount is available for families registering more than one player with Surrey Rams.

CVL Match Fees
Please note that CVL match fees are not included within National League or CVL membership fees.
Match fees help cover:
• Court hire
• Referees
• Table officials
• League administration
We are currently waiting for Surrey Basketball Association to publish their 2026-27 match fees as team entry fees, however we are estimated match fees are:
• U12 & U14: Approximately £11.50 per game
• U16 & U18: Approximately £12 per game
Match fees are normally collected through Teamo 2–3 days before each fixture.
National League Players
National League membership includes all scheduled National League fixtures.
Where a National League player is not selected for an NL fixture, they will normally be offered one Surrey CVL match free of charge, where a suitable fixture is available.
If a player wishes to play an additional CVL fixture during the same weekend, the normal CVL match fee will apply.
By accepting a place with Surrey Rams and paying your deposit, you are committing to the full season. Please read our Refund Policy before making payment. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the club's discretion.
