Matches & Availability
Playing matches is one of the most enjoyable parts of the season. To help coaches organise teams and ensure every player has the opportunity to play, parents are asked to keep their child's availability up to date throughout the season.
Match Days
Our teams generally play on the following days:
National League (NL)
• Saturdays
• Occasional Sunday away fixtures
• Home games are usually held at Guildford County School or ACS International School Egham.
Surrey CVL
• Sundays
• Fixtures are usually scheduled between 10:00am and 3:00pm.
Farnborough League
• Fridays
• Fixtures are usually played during the evening.
Please note that exact fixture dates, venues and tip-off times will always be published through Teamo.
Match Availability
Parents are responsible for updating their child's availability in Teamo as soon as possible.
Please:
• Accept or decline invitations promptly.
• Inform coaches immediately if availability changes.
• Avoid waiting until the last minute to respond.
Players are normally selected and notified several days before each fixture.
National League Commitment
National League requires a high level of commitment from both players and parents.
Parents should:
• Avoid booking holidays during key National League weekends where possible.
• Support regular attendance at training.
• Keep coaches informed of any absences as early as possible.
League fixtures are normally released before the end of August to help families plan ahead.
Home Match Expectations
To help create a positive Surrey Rams atmosphere, National League players are expected to:
• Arrive 30–45 minutes before their game.
• Support Rams teams playing before their own game.
• Stay after their game where possible to support the next Rams team playing.
We believe this helps build a stronger club culture and creates a fantastic home game environment.
Travel & Match Kit
National League players should arrive wearing their Surrey Rams tracksuit and bring:
• Home (Gold) uniform
• Away (Blue) uniform
• Warm-up shooting top
• Rams match socks
CVL players should bring:
• Home (Gold) uniform
• Warm-up shooting top
• Rams match socks
• Surrey Rams tracksuit or hoodie for arrival at matches.
